1. Product Policy
All items listed on the website are brand new. A one-to-one exchange is permitted in the case of products’ defects. Defective items shall be returned in their original condition, unused and unaltered with all packaging and tags attached. Your postage costs will not be refunded. No refunds can be made under any circumstance. LuxWaterMalaysia has made every possible effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Website. However, actual colors you see may differ from what is displayed varying from the difference in monitors used in viewing the products. Therefore, LuxWaterMalaysia cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your monitor are accurate.

2. What happens if my parcel is damaged or gone missing?
We take pride in packaging your parcel tightly and securely. All items leave our warehouse in excellent condition and the responsibility for the package ends when it leaves our hands. In cases where parcel is lost/ damaged/ returned for any reason other than ours, it is customers' responsibility to file a complaint to the shipping carrier.
Customer is responsible to pay additional shipping fee for any unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect mailing address.

3. How can I return my purchase?
We do not accept product returns unless it is defected or incorrect. Pictures of the defected/ wrongly delivered goods should be shared with LuxWaterMalaysia within 1-2 days of receiving the goods via email luxwater.my@gmail.com or contact 010 2266431 (Whatsapp only).
In such case, please contact us at and we will exchange the item (if not, item of same value). Should there be circumstances where we are unable to attend, a refund will be issued to you (buyer).

For refunds, payment made via Ipay88 will only be refunded in store credit.
Payment made via bank transfer can be refunded in cash via bank transfer to customer's account.

4. Disclaimer:
Delivery of goods is not liable to LuxWaterMalaysia should there be any losses or damage during delivery.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of acknowledgment.
